Not sure if this is the right board for it, but does anyone know of, like, a television equivalent of shoutcast? I'm hard of haring so I want to be able to use winamp to control the volume and equalization and all that, separately from Jaws. Adobe flash doesn't seem to have such features.
tubeplus.me is the only site I know of for TV shows, and that site gets its streams from other sites (some are usable, and others are not).
